2019年10月，在中华人民共和国隆重庆祝70华诞之际，贵州中医药大学迎来了首批“巴西来华留学生针灸研习班”的42名学员。学员们将在这里进行为期23天的针灸项目研习。此次活动是贵州中医药大学在世界针灸学会联合会的帮助下，与巴西传统中医药针灸学会搭建了合作桥梁，依托贵州丰富的中医药资源，结合贵州中医药大学的办学文化及特色，积极推进中国-巴西传统医药协同发展和共同繁荣。
In October 2019, as the People's Republic of China solemnly celebrated its 70th birthday, Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine welcomed the first batch of 42 students from the "Acupuncture Seminar for Brazilian Students in China". The students will have a 23-day study of acupuncture and moxibustion programs here. With the help of the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies, Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has built a cooperation bridge with the Brazilian Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion. Relying on Guizhou's rich resources of traditional Chinese medicine and combining the school-running culture and characteristics of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to actively promote the coordinated development and common prosperity of Chinese-Brazilian traditional medicine.
该批研习学员在巴西传统中医药针灸学会惠青会长亲自带领下，克服了语言、气候、饮食等障碍，不远千里来到贵州。学校针灸骨伤学院及第一、第二附属医院的专家老师们为学员们精心安排和设计了相关的教学内容和教学方法，将教学内容分为针灸课程讲授和临床指导两个部分，其中针灸课程内容包括痛症、头针、推拿、助孕、美容等教学内容；在临床教学过程中，学校及两所附属医院的专家、骨干教师积极参与临床带教和示范，将中风、不孕、骨折术后等疑难杂症的临床诊疗方法倾囊相授，用精致的操作、细致的疗法、极致的效果展示了中国针灸的奇特魅力。
Under the personal leadership of Hui Qing, President of the Brazilian Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion, this group of trainees overcame language, climate, diet and other barriers and traveled thousands of miles to Guizhou. Experts and teachers from the School of Acupuncture and Bone Injury and the First and Second Affiliated Hospitals have carefully arranged and designed relevant teaching contents and teaching methods for the students. The teaching contents are divided into two parts: acupuncture and moxibustion course teaching and clinical guidance. The course contents include pain, scalp acupuncture, massage, pregnancy assistance, beauty treatment and other teaching contents. In the process of clinical teaching, experts and key teachers from the school and the two affiliated hospitals actively participated in clinical teaching and demonstration, giving out clinical diagnosis and treatment methods for difficult and complicated diseases such as stroke, infertility and fracture surgery. With exquisite operation, meticulous therapy and extreme effect, the peculiar charm of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion was demonstrated.
在23天教学里，巴西学员在教室里、在舞台上、在病床旁彰显出了对中国传统医药知识的渴望、对生活的热情、以及对生命的珍视。诚如习近平主席所言，传统医药是优秀传统文化的重要载体，要传承好、利用好、发展好，在促进文明互鉴、民心相通、维护人民健康等方面发挥着重要作用。
During the 23-day teaching, Brazilian students showed their desire for knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, their enthusiasm for life and their cherish of life in classrooms, on the stage and beside hospital beds. As President Xi Jinping said, traditional medicine is an important carrier of excellent traditional culture. It should be passed on, utilized and developed well. It plays an important role in promoting mutual learning of civilizations, common feelings and safeguarding people's health.
10月29日项目圆满结束。在结业典礼上，巴西学员代表激动地说道，贵州中医药大学针灸团队老师们的敬业精神给她们留下了深刻的印象，中医是一门永恒的科学和艺术，老师教给他们操作拿针的手法，准确地找到治病的穴位，让他们了解的中医的发展史，他们将把在中国所学到的方法和技能带回巴西，造福人民，同时也把与贵州中医药大学共同培育出来友谊之花带回巴西，期待着中巴之间传统医药领域的共同繁荣、共同创新、共同发展。
The project was successfully completed on 29 October. At the graduation ceremony, the representative of the Brazilian students said excitedly that they were deeply impressed by the professionalism of the teachers in the acupuncture and moxibustion team of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; traditional Chinese medicine is an eternal science and art, the teacher taught them how to handle the needle, accurately find the acupuncture points for treating diseases and let them know the development history of traditional Chinese medicine. They will bring back the methods and skills they have learned in China to Brazil to benefit the people. At the same time, they will also bring back to Brazil the friendship flower cultivated jointly with Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, looking forward to the common prosperity, innovation and development in the field of traditional medicine between China and Brazil.
世界针灸学会联合会常务副秘书长宋莉女士出席了结业典礼并致辞，她代表世针联希望能与我校开展更加紧密且宽泛的合作，以进一步推动中医药的国际化发展。巴西传统中医药针灸学会惠青会长，向贵州中医药大学授予了“巴西传统中医药针灸学会贵州中医药大学培训基地” 的牌匾，以表达对学校教学水平、管理服务的充分肯定和感谢。
Ms. Song Li, Executive Deputy Secretary General of the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies, attended the graduation ceremony and delivered a speech. On behalf of the World Federation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion Societies, she hoped to carry out closer and broader cooperation with our school to further promote the internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine. Hui Qing, President of the Brazilian Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion awarded Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine a plaque of "Guizhou University Training Base of the Brazilian Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupuncture and Moxibustion" to express his full recognition and gratitude for the school's teaching level and management services.
刘兴德校长在活动最后的总结到：此次“针艾黔行”巴西来华留学生研习活动，让学校的涉外教育队伍、管理队伍和临床队伍得到了充分的锻炼和能力提升。作为贵州省唯一的中医药高等学府，作为新时期的传统医药人，我们对自己的文化有坚定的信心，我们秉持开放包容、兼蓄扬弃之理念，相互学习和借鉴，我们坚持古为今用，积极推动传统医药实现创造性转化和创新性发展，让传统医药以更加开放的姿态、更加精准的疗效、更加独有的魅力走向世界，惠及人民。
