On October 17th, 2015, President Yang Zhu met President Xie Nanzhen from National Taipei University of Nurding and Health Sciences and Ms. Lin Liru, the director of International and Cross Strait Education Group at 10:30 am in meeting room 403 of Lincheng Wanyi Hotel in GuiYang, Zhang Jingjie, the director of college office, Vice President Xiao Zhenghua, Professor Shi Guofeng and Ms. Zhang Lujiao from our Nursing College, Wu Juecen from the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation attended the meeting.
At the beginning of the meeting, President Yang Zhu introduced the participants from both sides and welcomed the delegation on behave of the school. Then, Director Zhang Jingjie, Ms. Lin Liru had a brief introduction about the basic situations, the characteristics and superiority in teaching, science and research of each college respectively. Vice President Xiao Zhenghua elaborated the basic situation of Nursing College and put forward his own idea and suggestion about the future cooperation in the field of nursing. At the meeting, President Yang expressed the intention of further cooperation of the two colleges, and President Xie commented favorably on the proposals.
At last, two presidents signed the Cooperation Memorandum of Agreement which laid a good foundation for the further cooperation. The meeting ended in a friendly atmosphere.
This meeting had great significance to further expand the areas and modes of academic exchange to Taiwan, as well as enhance the level of cooperation in running school.
