Admission Requirements

1.Admission Requirements of academic education: The academic education is divided into undergraduate education and master education, the admission requirements are listed below:

A.The students who apply undergraduate programs should have high school education background or above high school education back ground.The students who apply master programs should have bachelor’s degree or above bachelor’s degree.

B.The applicants should be healthy and have stable financial support and tutelage;

C.No criminal record;

D.The applicants should have high level of Chinese and capacity of listening, speaking, reading and writing. The applicants could achieve HSK level. The applicants whose mother language is Chinese could be excused from an examination.

Non-academic education: Long and short training classes and short group classes are set up all year round. The training classes could set up learning time, curriculum according to students’ requirements.

Application steps

1.Submit the application. You can download Application form of GCTCM for Foreign Students fromhttp://gjjl.gyctcm.edu.cn/of Office of International Communication and Cooperation.

2.Copy of passport;

3.Copy of the highest degree certificate of graduation and school report;

4.HSK certificate;

5.5 recent bareheaded photos;

6.Please scan the files above all and send togyzyxygjc@163.comafter filling in the applicant information briefly. The paper material file above all should be send to: Guizhou Province, Guiyang City, GuiAn New District, University Town, Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Office of International Communication and Cooperation (Postal Code: 550025).

7.Qualification of the applicant. Staff will check your qualification of application in time and tell you the results of qualification. Meanwhile the admission list will be published on the web:http://gjjl.gyctcm.edu.cn/

8.Deliver the letter of administration. The Letter of Admission of GCTCM Foreign Students and Visa Application Form for Foreign Students Coming to China (JW202 Form) will be sent to the web.

9.To handle the visa. Applicant take passport, photo, the letter of admission of GCTCM Foreign students and Visa Application Form for Foreign students Coming to China (JW202 Form) and check up list to the Chinese consulate abroad to handle the visa.

Enrollment & Registration

The students have been admitted to our school should registered on time according to the Letter of Admission of GCTCM Foreign Students. If the admitted students had not registered over 2 weeks, the admitted students would be deemed to abandon the qualification. Please read Information for Admission to get details.

The college will organize a physical examination for new students. If the condition was inconformity, the student’s admission qualification would be canceled.

Attention:

1.Students under the age of 18 need to handle the guardian formalities

2.The foreign students must to purchase medical insurance during studying period.

3.The Chinese (Mainland) students, HongKong, Macao and Taiwan residents who had emigrated abroad must have effective foreign passport or Citizenship certificate over 4 years and above 2 years living abroad record within 4 years according to visas of entry and exit.

Scholarship programs

GCTCM set up Winning Scholarship for foreign students to encourage students studying hard and making progress. The scholarship coverage rate is 20%.

Moreover, the college is endeavoring to Chinese Government Scholarship and Guizhou Provincial Government Scholarship Program Enrollment. Foreign students can apply corresponding scholarship.
